Twitter Suicide-Troller Justifies Attacks

A Series on Misinformation, Disinformation and Subterfuge

Criminals justify their actions all the time. Take this for instance.

Jan is a lead account for suicide trolling attacks against Jim Stewartson and others since a year before I joined this investigation. None of it is funny, despite the tendency of these soulless psychopaths to laugh and gloat about the inflicted trauma Twitter lets them get away with routinely.

Everything is about context.

Early November 2017, masked activists and OSINT researcher accounts aligned with Mensch’s Resistance succeeded in psychologically breaking a full-grown man, Robert McNeese, into taking his own life. Mensch, a verified account with a huge following was the only account documented to be both open with whom she was, and to be recorded doing the most psychologically abusive stuff to Robert.

Nicole, who is seen weaponizing Robert’s death, is credited with successfully hospitalizing a victim using the same methods that killed McNeese during her work infiltrating and destroying an Org dedicated to mental health.

Twitter did nothing.

If we just rewind a little bit before she caused a man to kill himself, to October 20, 2017, it’s even more unfathomable. Mensch had just gotten off her only suspension, that I am aware of with her verified account, for seriously abusive shit in the same vein as she had piled on Robert for well over a year before he succumbed. That suspension was given by the guy Yoel Roth replaced.

Yoel Roth who had been working at Twitter since February 2015, was promoted within the same department to Manager over Trust and Safety that same month of Robert’s death. He had to have known what had happened because Twitter began to ban the accounts of Robert’s allies while leaving most of Mensch’s team unscathed save retiring a few of her networks socks. As far as holding the people accountable who caused severe trauma repeatedly to users on Twitter, Yoel’s name was clearly added to that list as an abuser enabler.

Twitter did nothing. Yoel did nothing.

Fast forward to today, where Mensch is personally linked to viciously psychologically breaking two additional victims in the past year who each attempted suicide. Both survived. One is suing Louise Mensch, but they might as well be also suing Yoel Roth and Twitter considering what is now known. The other just happened April 18th. Nicole who is pictured above weaponizing Mr. McNeese’s death, also has hospitalized one victim in the past year too.

Twitter did nothing. Yoel did nothing.

As publisher, Twitter has a stated responsibility to follow its safety protocols as designated by its Terms of Service. It doesn’t. One man is dead. That’s on Twitter. That’s on Yoel Roth. That’s on Mensch. That’s on all those bastards behind masked accounts that contributed to traumatizing Robert. That is on the operatives that continue trying to kill people via Twitter saying it was all meant in jest despite dishing on abuse for years. They all know what they are doing and mostly use the same tactics, the same playbook.

Yoel Roth as head of Twitter Safety has known of the horrific abuse that these specific weaponized trolls have dished out on his platform spamming hatred for years. Some of those trolls appear to work within the company, the very department responsible for keeping the public safe that isn’t. Yoel knows that. Twitter Safety knows that.

How many documents does Twitter have in their possession of reports they negligently failed to act upon? How many individuals that were harmed by Twitter Safety and Yoel Roth by being removed from the platform in coordination with the very individuals who wrought the known abuse? Did Jack Dorsey also know Yoel Roth was likely coordinating and possibly contracting with undesirables to work at Twitter Safety? Elon Musk?

For over a year Twitter received hundreds of reports regarding these operatives, who piled on sick psychological abusive torment trying to get their victims to kill themselves, such as this next sick little fucker, Mike Rothschild, who like Mensch is allowed by the company to do so.

Mike will say that it is all a meme. It doesn’t matter if I use it targeting people I want to die so long as it doesn’t succeed, right?

Yoel allowed it. Twitter as publisher has endorsed such criminal conduct repeatedly, hundreds of reports filed, collected and ruled as being within Yoel Roth’s “Safety” view as what is acceptable conduct on the platform, and what is not. Every receipt on our end better have the same receipt on Twitter’s end. Twitter is GamerGate2.0, a crime scene and a catastrophe.

Yoel Roth was a first hand witness to both my own abuse and the abuse of Jim Stewartson, having been tagged in to most of it. Witness. Those receipts went to his notifications. He saw the spite, the weaponized misogyny, the defamation, the middle school insults, the spamming of those attacks by bad actors he knows, retweets and supports. This went on for more than a year for Stewartson and others. That is the damn context for which the “Joke” of “unwell” “divorced dad” standing on the ledge implying he and I should jump and kill ourselves is.

Yoel Roth, head of Twitter Safety is expressly complicit in all of this making Twitter host and platform more toxic than the one Philippine fugitive and 8Chan creator Fredrick Brennan did when he invited all the GamerGate guys to hang out, do their suicide trolling shit, and send armed police rushing into women’s houses. Yoel gave this guy a platform, and you know how Fred uses it is the same as he did 8Chan before mass shootings made him uncomfortable being connected to it.

Save it isn’t some aloof messaging board only hardcore extremists use. It is the most influential social media site to network, gather information and culminate a newsfeed.

Twitter under Yoel Roth’s protection is also the place where a guy like Elon Musk can organize a GamerGate 2.0 troll job on his ex-girlfriend paying a weaponized troll, silence his buddy’s fiercest critic and the GOP can generate nasty conspiracies like Pizzagate, Q Anon and a phony wiretap story regarding Alfa Bank and Trump tower.

How much more global power will Elon wield if the deal goes through than what he already has, using a single tweet to wipe out other people’s fortunes, while adding to his own? Trump did it. Musk now is doing it. Social influencing for large economic gains will only get worse.

Not only should the deal allowing Musk full control be stopped, Musk should be hit hard by the Feds, as should Trump for profiting off of manipulating crypto, stocks and other investments by simply putting a tweet out saying that they are going to do or not do something. His wealth in part came from victimizing others manipulating markets simply with a tweet causing sharp rises and falls timed best to suit his and others’ needs. Sickening.

Twitter did nothing. Yoel did nothing. The Feds so far have done nothing.

Both I and Jim Stewartson sent many detailed letters to Twitter. His encompassed over a year of allowed coordinated harassment detailed repeatedly, provable traumatic abuse. Mine included highly detailed information demonstrating who was responsible and how. No response.

In a Federal criminal negligence case regarding the lack of safety compliance of the company’s own stated policies, that leads to significant injury, a death and clear psychological harm, those lack of responses on behalf of the company are very damnable.

This isn’t really about TOS which aren’t followed. It isn't even about having a twitter account. This is all about stopping guys like Yoel Roth, his crackpot team in Twitter Safety, and the frauds in Mensch’s Resistance from literally killing people, spreading conspiracies and fucking up elections. That is a fight I am willing to take.
