The CR contains a blank check for Trump, wasn’t negotiated with any Dem, and is a non-starter for those two reasons. The third biggie on the list is that this CR would go on for six months, yielding tremendous power to the executive branch allowing them to eliminate/gut the Federal bureaucracy and crash just leftwing states staging the have and have-nots needed to ignite an actual Civil War.

Every CR the Dems negotiated prior to this one was bipartisan, giving both sides something. Why surrender, other than if you’re disloyal to America as Tawnya is?

Robin’s account was suspended by X, probably in coordination with either a Federal or State investigative inquiry into his targeting children, his proximity to the Torswats swatting and bomb threats at schools operation, or perhaps the established perjury felony when he flat out lied on a DMCA notice. I don’t think we’ll know for certain why Robin lost his account until he makes a surprise appearance before a judge over whatever that is. I’ll just point out one thing though.

The DOJ asked Jackie Singh about Robin when they dispatched two officials to shield her after Robin’s pal hired a hitman to assassinate her.

My hunch is that being the main reason why.

Brad’s disappearance was a choice, a smart one at that. Like Robin, Brad worked on the Torswats operation, though far less conspicuously and not so much to likely be a target within whatever brought Robin down. So Brad logged off of X, at least on that one sock.

Brad still runs this one, unless he handed off the handle to someone else.

I fully expect the Senate to reject the blank check surrender of the Legislatures Power of the purse and to drop down a clean CR of a short time frame, save seven to fourteen days. I also wouldn’t be at all surprised if they allowed the Republicans to shut down the government and take the heat for it while WinkieDoo and her Christo-fascist fiends lie about this being all the Dems fault.

The real question is what will the Dems extract as a concession here?

Personally I’d tie the elimination of the penny, the nickel and paper one and two-dollar bank notes, the elimination of Daylight Savings Time, AND restoring plus making permanent the insulin and drug caps Trump executive ordered removed. Doing so is a win-win, and how one should ‘nickel and dime’ the majority with each short term stopgap measure. DO NOT give them a long term blank check, just a couple of weeks.

I am also fine if the Dems call this refusal to negotiate, extortion. That is what it is. I am also fine is this leads the Republican extortionists to shutting down the government as that slows down their ability to do so with Musk’s dodgy DOGE op.
