It’s also not illegal for the White House to promote said APP by calling more attention to it when they should be doing exactly the opposite if they wanted to minimize its use. Yet, like the ops I cover, Miller and others felt compelled to respond and give free advertising for it. That reaction then generates additional reporting snow-balling awareness and use of the very thing they do not want to spread.
