That answer is simply that Flynn’s PizzaGate promoter Mike Cernovich filed it in a lawsuit meant to unseal portions of the Guiffre V Ghislaine Maxwell lawsuit for defamation.
The movie did release and is out there, getting some 77k in crowd sourced funding. Still strange that this one would be behind a broken link.
