Trump will likely be indicted next week, in what I fully anticipate will be a repeated occurrence of these court issues, in New York first.
While many might think this will eliminate Trump from winning the nomination, that happening would require a Herculean pivot to invent a new reality replacing what had been forged over the past six plus years of subterfuge.
In the 70s, he managed to outlast the US Civil Rights office on two issues. In the 90s he dodged money laundering for the Russian mob issues, and again a second time having his defunct casino instead taking record fine hits. Trump deftly dodged the law over and over and over again.
Trump currently has one trial scheduled for October over his business tax evasion practices and an April one over his claim that he only rapes women that are his type wasn’t somehow defamation. Other cases are making their way through the system that can stack up one on top of the other making it very hard to get a quick trial set up.
I expect Trump will win the nomination BEFORE this and other anticipated personal criminal trials have started. Until he is actually eliminated, it simply isn’t over.
Now Jack Smith, your turn

🍿👮🚔⚖️ Poetic justice would be the amazing videographer who brought us January 6th, Sandi Bachom, getting the footage of Trumps’ perp walk.
