A Series On Misinformation, Disinformation and Subterfuge

Everyday I get multiple receipts of inauthentic reports filed against my account by some of the trolls still not able to comprehend that the rules have changed, forever no longer in their favor. My account is fine, we get to laugh at the fragility of the people making the reports and just like Substack where the owners self-moderate, ignore the absurdity

Mastodon, which has infinite servers that users can join any one of, is a safe alternative to Twitter. On our server Toad.Social, hosted by the amazing Dave Troy, the conversations are authentic, sometimes deep, and so far one-hundred percent factual. It is also abuse free. Most of what they meltdown over are simple interactions, trying in vain to prevent people from seeing my work. This means they protect Mike Flynn mostly, and are clearly fascists.

Jim Stewartson recently wrote a piece noting that these single purpose hate account operators do NOT have the upper hand on Mastodon. They don’t. Most of them have limited social skills. do not play nice with others and have low adaptability. What happens to them when their orgs decide they are redundant and unneeded given Musk has operational control over Twitter, able to suppress reporting with a simple push of a button? That will come eventually, perhaps before the bigger accountability actions take center stage.

Here is an interesting piece of research.

People are moving in droves to safer communities as seen above, from research by Tim Chambers at Dewey Square Group. This was sourced from Twitter API based on Twitter accounts posting on their profiles what instance they were moving to. This research shown above was reported today on Business Insider, and shows just how important Mastodon is already becoming.

Most of the trolls added accounts on various Mastodon servers, lurking trying to do the same things they did on Twitter to control narratives. They won’t be able to do so, given the impossibility of trying to control what will eventually be tens of thousands of servers instead of just one. Still, I suspect for the time being the trolls will have plenty of time on their hands to commingle with the common rabble back on Twitter as the incomprehensible Communist leader is..

Speaking of which, this is all Susan Portnoy is able to do now. Here she is fighting the fight with someone whose reach is equal in proportion to her own.

With a tiny single purpose hate account much like herself, vying to be the ultimate Twitter Supremacist gaining full operational control of the world’s largest extremist engine.
