Slowly new features are getting coded into Twitter that may be breaking the platform.
Here is an example. Matt Shapiro who runs this account is currently pushing a false equivalence that attacking the US Capitol with other insurrectionists is somehow a secret government pressure campaign, a la big brother.
First, if the US acted in such a manner as a non-Democracy ALL these people that stormed the Capitol and tried to steal an election, they would be thrown into prison, and in some cases their relatives too that didn’t snitch and prevent them from attacking the Federal government. The man IS correctly labeled as a threat to the United States government BECAUSE he joined in a deadly insurrection. That is simply how it works.
Second, the US has a robust spying agency that isn’t perfect. When I have dealt with being wire-tapped by one of them, I made sure to let them know exactly what happened with Battelle Alliance and the Department of Energy that broke Federal Laws, who was responsible and how we knew.
Third, there shouldn’t be outrage. I was annoyed to have been wiretapped, yet found it irresistible to use that experience in the moment it was happening to apply pressure to help my team achieve its goal of a settlement over a major nuclear accident in Idaho, which then did happen, just not in the most timely manner.
I did however want to see what it was all about so clicked on the link having this pop up instead.
Clicking on the link below does pull up the YouTube content, which may be explained best as Twitter breaking its connectivity to host embedded material from another of the PayPal Mafia’s holdings in preparation for doing so instead to Rumble where Thiel had been a major stakeholder earlier on.
