Ahem…
Brad Dennis, a ‘retired’ partner of swatter and hacker of DShocker, interfering in the Torswats investigation, gave knowingly false evidence to the DOJ. He lied about being able to represent himself as a Washington state private eye (didn’t have his business registration as required by state law), commingled Dushtar’s swats with those of Torswats, lied about how he got involved, and disparaged his target to the DOJ, a Federal witness in the case, sufficiently enough that his attacks were listed within the original indictment along with causing a break in Federal protocol.
Here below is the notice from Florida’s circuit court, noting they tossed the original case due Nolle Prosequi.
Filion was prosecuted on a Federal basis, not state, causing Florida to close their case. That being said, it was at one time available on PACER then fully pulled down—something not typical save on a spoiled case. Case 6:24-cr-261-CEM-LHP was unsealed on Nov 13, 2024, the same day Nolle Prosequi was filed, stripped out of anything Brad Dennis added in to mislead investigators, essentially his comingling Dushtar’s swats with those of Alan Filion as well as undermining Jackie Singh’s credibility. That is what Alan pled guilty to within the unsealed Federal case that same day.
I will repeat that.
Brad Dennis’s attempt to tie Alan Filion to hundreds of additional swatting attacks paid for by KiwiFarm and OnA users, was meant to protect Dushtar, his funders and other co-conspirators. Those included swats began two years prior to Alan Filion’s swatting activities. Doug’s group for example, first swatted Pat Tomlinson, May 2020, two years before Alan began swatting other targets. At some point Doug and company opted to tie-in their crimes, bought at least one swat of Pat from Filion evidenced by Bernard Murphy’s public drive having only one 9-11 recording, not all of them. That recording was a receipt provided by Filion, something Dushtar did not do. Filion pled guilty to the charges he did, not the ones Dushtar did, who is still not officially charged though suspected to be indicted under seal. This here is from WIRED-a reminder why the case was a Federal one available on PACER.
The new Federal case would not have been filed at all if it hadn’t been tampered with. It’s also not like we don’t know that the DOJ hasn’t spoken to Singh about the still ongoing investigation surrounding Dushtar. Lastly, there is no logical reason for sealing the first indictment docs, save those pertained to an ongoing matter.
Doug Matthew Stewart is repeatedly linked to targeting Pat Tomlinson, attempting to have police invade Pat’s home in the hopes that they would kill him. So too is Dushtar.
Doug has a history of stochastic terrorism including this here below.
For the record, two of the group members living abroad, likely Swedish Dushtar and Bernard Murphy, plotted to hire a hitman to kill Jackie Singh, resulting in a mention of a sealed indictment WIRED’s Dhruv Mehrotra published via Tweet.
Let’s note a few things.
Alan Filion was swatting people, paid to do so likely by a small group of stochastic terrorists. He pled guilty, got a rather light sentence of four years which implies his help to prosecutors warranted a minimal sentence. He’s also connected to the current collective swatting schools, via 764, Discord, same tools used and core ideologies, with one of the two key miscreants using “Tor” as his nick—a possible reference to Torswats, the other name Dushtar used after Alan was cuffed.
While these others may not include the LoTR swat loving Swede Jackie identified, he’s a loose end and threat to continue launching swats on behalf of Doug or others as long as he remains free to do harm.
