This week was the sentencing for one of two men known to run the Torswats swatting as a service operation taking likely traceable orders and payments from members of BallsGang, KiwiFarms and OnA Forums.
Alan Filion was sentenced to four years, a paltry sum considering he could have been held for several millennia as each swat/bomb threat carries a max of ten years.
Here below is OnA Forum member Bernard Murphy, acting as if he was a saint, not a sinner, in a very dangerous game.
Brad Dennis, an admitted hacker and cohort to now-deceased DShocker, a serial swatted himself, runs the CaFroze account noted by Bernard above. Due to Brad’s false testimony stated under oath, the original indictment for Filion was tossed, not known until Alan’s plea deal was made public under a new case file.
Within the original document that has a different case number than the one used to prosecute Alan under, were several notable anomalies. The main one, meant to undermine the public credibility of Jackie Singh, was erased along with everything else Bernard’s champion Dennis the menace, perhaps, said that none of it could be relied upon. Why?
Simply put, Brad Dennis forgot that Alan Filion had a right to enter a plea deal that would instead undercut their chosen narrative of their being just one guy. Here is Brad Dennis’s belated response to the person that did crash their party.
I have to hand it to these guys. They KNOW how to run clean-up ops publicly, meant to discredit facts. The one above is a perfect example of Jackie working her tail off, getting a correct attribution only to be bludgeoned by a secondary ‘Clark Kent’ setup using a picture of the same guy when he was younger, heavier and wearing his glasses. The misdirect was so good a WaPo reporter just went with what he was told instead of doing a live-interview with the guy on the right that happened to have aged into the guy on the left. Same guy.
So what did Brad Dennis lie about?
One, he falsely claimed to be a private investigator. While he was licensed up to September 30, 2024, his being a resident in Washington legally required him to operate out of a licensed business. Without that license business to practice private eyeing, he broke state law.
Two, he neglected to tell the FBI of his involvement and interactions with the people alleged to have paid Filion for some of the swats, those being the non-saintly folks on OnA Forums and Doug Stewart’s fav, Josh Moon’s KiwiFarms.
Three, he has lied repeatedly about Jackie Singh, the researcher that did go into their forums, researched, found evidence, linked each operator back to their real world identity along with turning that over to the FBI. That includes Bernard, Janske, Filion with the later being the only one arrested. While the OnA/BallsGang/Torswats co-conspirators crow over Jackie’s correct attribution of Janske being wrong (it isn’t), they never talk about her identification of Filion being stop-on. They also don’t talk about the murder for hire plot the original indictment had naming their target, Jackie Singh, that crime that they also signed up for via obstruction and conspiracy.
Odd, right?
While yes, the original indictment limiting the investigation to the lesser of two evils was based heavily on Brad Dennis’s testimony, all of that is moot with those charges and filing taken down replaced with the newer case number. Here again was the old one, no longer available on PACER.
Here again is the seeded disinformation, based on Brad Dennis’s false statements that were included in the no longer available original indictment.
I’ll point out something within bullet point three above. There is nothing to prevent two people to log into the same account using the same log in methods.
For example, when BallsGang hacked into my YouTube account last year and began posting random unattached from reality comments on old videos, I too was logged into that account. Similarly, I can be on multiple devices logged into the same email or ap. The same can be said of bullet point four that multiple people could have authorized access to the same folders. The whole points made within the FBIs now-removed statements above, are not consistent with how tech can be utilized, similar to how a guy using his old photo can lie over the internet to a journalist about not being the South African Singh identified, and then get away with it having a credible reporter repeat the lie, perhaps unknowingly. Things will only get worse with the Chinese and US AI already being so good at deepfakes, online interviews will no longer be sufficiently credible in ascertaining whether a journalist is indeed speaking with the person that they are seeing.
Scary.
Still, stupid though. It’s not too hard to blow massive holes into the deceptions when the ops do most of their work online out in the open especially when the misdirects still contained the evidence establishing that the Swede was still at large while all those that conspired with Filion, said the DOJ had got their boy thanks in part to having their guy insert himself into the case.
These next two accounts, abusive men established to target the same people that were swatted by either Torswats, the American kid or the Swedish ringleader, with the second account being the OnA Forum holder responsible for platforming all the criminal behavior.
The best that these racist abusive criminals working with BallsGang could come up with above was a misdirect op of paying for Swatting posing as their victims?
Given one of them yet unnamed, was according to Federal Sealed Indictment listed within that original filing, literally trying to hire someone to kill Jackie, this chosen false flag only brings added scrutiny to those running it. That also brings up how similar that is to the story of Brad’s youth, running with swatter/hackers, being a loaner that avoided accountability for admitted crimes.
Brad Dennis when younger, worked with felon swatter DShocker with essentially the same storyline, himself getting swatted by his cohort as stated in WIRED. That doesn’t add up at all, nor was Dennis’s choice to have so much false flags created to obscure and deflect away from Jackie’s evidence, some of which may have been used within the second empaneled Grand Jury after facts came to light based on Alan’s statements made under plea deal.
I also have to question the logic of what Brad Shuttleworth detailed here, almost a year ago.
Why Brad, go to such lengths to lie about the established facts that there were two users running the Torswats handle when there was a 100% chance of that falsehood going kibosh?
It’s bad Psy-oping.
Bad.
I am still surprised Filion’s sentence was only four years, with his already serving one-fourth of that time prior to sentencing, instead of the roughly 5K years or so he could have potentially faced given each of the 500+ swats carries a max of ten years. While details within the sentencing recommendations were sparse, that was a very generous sentencing, only done so that way because Alan was fully cooperative.
We will see where that leads, and perhaps knowing why the DOJ asked Jackie Singh, “Do you know Robin Erickssen (sp?),” when they were dispatched to protect her.
