Rothschild Astounded Regarding Months Long Mainstream Story He Just Heard About
A Series On Misinformation, Disinformation and Subterfuge
Mike Rothschild is a bit late to this one.
Mainstream media have on and off reported on this possibility several times this past year, so yeah, Mike. Good job. You the man! Or whatever.
Here is one example a month ago, though it really started with Susan Portnoy’s beneficiary, the accused child sex trafficker Matt Gaetz and representative from Florida suggested it back in March of this year.
Let’s start with the basics.
By the rules Trump can be nominated and win Speaker of the House if he wanted it. Part of him probably does want this to happen, presumably because he would get to impeach Biden and judges that ruled against him. Being Speaker would also mean he would be ‘safer’ from prosecution that he knows is mounting and more imminent than it was just weeks ago before Jack Smith was assigned. It also means he would have to do something he is incapable of—working full days and not actually being the center of attention the entire time like he could be as President.
I doubt he can get the votes anyway, needing 218. Not every member of the GOP is needed, with 222 of them, however, a fe
w people getting “sick” and no showing for such a vote could prevent the first attempt of doing so with yes votes being required to secure the post.
Mike Rothschild is right Trump doesn’t know what the Speaker does. That didn’t stop him from being President wandering around with nothing to do and nothing getting done unless his handlers directed him.
Here is how easy a job “Presidenting” is for a guy like Don.
Granted some of that executive time things actually happened that a normal President would do like taking calls, yet Trump’s sloth would be such a dreaded detriment to many of the Republican constituency they might instead give up the current anti-Kevin sentiment giving him the seat without a fight just to prevent such chaos.
If Trump throws his hat into the ring I’d expect the five known holdouts to McCarthy’s speakership to fold, falling into line electing Kevin as speaker. The Dems don’t want that.
I have hope the Dems are recruiting a moderate Republican they can throw 213 votes behind, only needing four additional conservatives support to take the speakership, five if it is someone not currently elected to the House. If they can’t find one, Steve Scalise is better than McCarthy.
Such manipulative fkers, eh? Need new young progressive voices to lead. Not divide. More women and POC. Fuk these do nothing guys
