Understanding why Joe Fionda took a SECOND job with Louise Mensch based on publicly available information begins with this not answered tweet.
Note that of the three handles, only one account, @rocco_castoro is presently unbanned.
Felon Barrett Brown and Weev’s couch buddy Joe Fionda, are two Hacker Wars “stars” from the “documentary” of the same name. I have featured part of this thread before as it was where Fionda foolishly dumped the now-deleted thanks to banning filings showing a shell company’s response to his legal claims. It began as Rocco’s folly, airing grievances misrepresenting things publicly towards Louise Mensch on behalf of his buddy Joe Fionda.
Rocco never got there.
His folly is that he lies and threatens people extensively and in public. It’s what he did when he, as editor of VICE News and the man fully responsible for his film crew that he was with actions, sent collected geo-data showing where he and fugitive John McAfee were interviewing. He simply lied, didn’t take responsibility, and kept using his geo-trackable phone until the authorities had caught up to the crew and took McAfee into custody.
What Rocco did in that thread though, was also tie together Yonder’s network to his at Tim Pool’s Subverse. In this tweet Rocco circles the two connections together, Pool’s app UStream.tv and Yonder, with was run by CEO Jonothan Morgan, not Kelly Perdew who advises Morgan as a member of a board, and is part of a group of venture capitalists. Of course a “counter-of-intelligence” business “reporter” with marginal competence would know these differences.
Frankly, the AI companies, LinkedIn, ID.me are far more interesting companies on this list Rocco shows here, but given his penchant to manufacture conspiracies like the fake Lauren Boebert SugarDaddy one, it is hard to take anything he says or does seriously.
