There are a cornucopia of reasons his ‘main’ account could have conceivably been legitimately banned. If I had to wager, it’s over repeated violations over doxing, harassment, and/or his posting private (stolen) messages Weev and/or Conspirator0 give him during their continued X admin console use. Rocco’s former account is still live and locked, as it has been now for years, meaning one can only contact him on another of his socks.
Like this one, still active and pure Rocco madness.

Let’s hit some other random stuff.
Always good to get partial confirmation of things—specifically that Neal worked for Doug.
Context here is that Rocco too worked with/for Doug, so it makes sense with the story spy v spy his team has with Rauhauser. One of Rocco’s underlings assigned to him was/is Matt Donovan, AKA MagicWindow, a sort of peeping tom reference that always has been aptly fitting for him. Note his sock shows up as the latest follower/subscriber and commenter on Gregg Housh’s chat with Rocco’s pal and Mensch employee, Joe Fionda (date unknown).
My guess is this was during a known 2021 appearance while Doug Stewart’s team was hitting back at Yonder’s Louise Mensch and Richie Guinn over being cut off from funding. Donovan, his burly former bondswoman Nicole Chenelle, Chinese State Media and former Tim Pool roommate that abandoned a cat Emily Molli, and leftover option Rocco Castoro went big into a meaningless yet highly racist astroturf war during the San Francisco School Board Recall.
The whole spat included multiple attacks on journalists by Rocco’s group, a dox on a cop, anger over joint culpability for the trolling suicide death of Rob McNeese, hacks by Weev into two of Fionda’s socks as well as a likely FBI ordered takedown of most of BunnySec, Two Louise Mensch’s main socks and of course Weev’s FlySceaming sock, he just restores about a week later.

For those that are reading Barrett Brown’s threads on BunnySec, and were swept during that takedown, may find the above tidbits of great interest—perhaps explaining how Louise’s crack team got offlined forced to regroup, make new accounts with what appears to have never resulted in actual known prosecutions.
Tawnya restored; however, her dependent needing to be kept away from scissors, Marc Dantz, has now gone offline. Next is Weev, Kron, Louise, a curious grouping.
