After failing and quickly giving up on Mastodon supremacy, Mensch last night has returned to walk among fellow PsyOps on Musk’s radicalization engine, December 1st reactivating her Twitter account.
I expected her stay off for a week, perhaps two.
Louise who lauded Trump, being on the Trump train saying so on video while saying the opposite on Twitter because she is paid to perform such a song and dance, isn’t an expert, nor a reliable source on anything save crimes she helped along or perpetuated herself.
Trump’s biggest challenge legally comes next week with the fate of his money laundering enterprise, Trump Org hanging by a thread. Should the jury find the company guilty and the penalty be as severe as his former charity, Trump will be significantly less wealthy, less agile facing legal challenges and deeply wounded. He is at zero personal risk of going to prison for his mob laundering deals, sadly, nor his perhaps inadvertent financial support of a group he would later label a terror group, via Trump Tower Baku.
After the conclusion of Trump’s business prosecution, the next thing up for Don the Con is getting his DNA swabbed proving he is a rapist of E. Jean Carroll and lied about his not being her specific rapist because she wasn’t his type. That trial is set for April with depositions, or rather DNA swabbing soon. Again, there is no jail time risk yet this one is far more important coming before the bigger stuff.
I do not anticipate any indictments to drop over January 6 or the stolen Presidential records that contained stuff suggested to be nuclear secrets and the names and whereabouts of US spies around the world, based on the level of classification used for still missing empty folders, during the first half of the year. Those still feel inevitable, deserving and needed; however, might not be the earliest legal proceedings given the nature of how long the Federal government takes to process, run by a grand jury and indict people. Those might again be state charges, particularly in New York where Trump feels screwed the most over his repeated financial crimes.
I also do not expect Trump will ever find himself inside prison at this point due to poor health likely to worsen due to increasing stress, delay tactics and the improbability of his being convicted due to the random nature of juries needing only to find one person loyal to saving him. That being said, indict. Doing so now would give the best chance of trial before he turns 80 (he is 76.5 currently).
Excellent. Shared on FB ✌️
