Testimony ended earlier yesterday with the jury deliberating roughly two-hours. Today they went over things the full day.
There was a reason Elon Musk and Tucker Carson went big tampering with potential witnesses openly lying, conflating what was done, stealing votes of thousands of Democrats running a deliberate scheme in coordination with members of the Trump campaign, with random trolling.
Therein lies the problem.
All it takes is one individual to defend the indefensible, which is literally a third of today’s Americans, to get accepted into a jury and prevent a just and critically important conviction.
Here was Hayden from the day before.
Barrack illegally arranged the sale of nuclear technology and weapons grade uranium to the Saudis, Emeratis and Egyptians, that Trump completed, Kushner profited immensely from, and the world was made extensively less safe over. I do think building the Saudis a far more advanced nuclear program given known and alleged to 9-11 involvement, is far bigger a threat than what Mackey did, at least in this small instance he was charged for.
While I am hopeful a conviction is reached, it feels less and less likely they will convince the one holdout for a needed and unanimous decision.
