K7 Can't Be Defamed, Susan Portnoy Isn't Either
A Series On Misinformation, Disinformation and Subterfuge
Anonymous accounts like the one Susan Portnoy, 56, of NYC, the “photographer lady” as Brad calls her, who tried to get American Communists beaten or killed in order to start a US Civil War, cannot be defamed according to Shuttleworth.
Is reporting on a criminal’s activity, which included most recently in interfering in the 2022 Midterm elections with fellow coconspirators like Remi Barrette, the occultist Tango Musician, conspirator0 defamation?
Defamation doesn’t occur simply by stating what a person said.
For instance, noting Susan Portnoy using sock accounts trying to persuade people to go to a Civil War starting event, saying she herself is a pacifist (wink, wink, nod, nod) isn’t defamation. Pointing out the the photo lady has not produced new work on her main Twitter account since February 2021 also isn’t defamation.
In order for a claim of defamation there would have to be actual lies and intent, like say claiming someone trafficked a child to be their wife when they made public statements acknowledging she turned down a Master’s program acceptance and also posting documents online that have age and date showing she was in her early twenties. That would be actual defamation.
Emotional distress?
That one is an interesting one.
Can someone who constantly threatened her target, suggested that target be robbed and beaten, threaten to have their children taken away under false pretenses, really claim emotional distress when she has such an extensive documented record of harming people?
Mass murderers, rapists, and the most vile or the vile, all feel emotional distress at getting caught and facing consequences for their illegal acts. So too might Susan Portnoy, AKA KassandraSeven, though I doubt she has anything but anger in her heart.
While Susan can sue for whatever it is she wants to claim so long as she finds a lawyer willing to take her money, it is an assured loss given her extensive destruction of her abusing others, evidence of criminality that Jim Stewartson had recorded.
