Chuck Johnson, the out of vogue Peter Thiel asset, languishes in jail after the judge in his Civil Trial was none too pleased. First Charles stole a mug from the court. Then he instead of paying some of the 71 million he owed, refused to participate in discovery to find “Thiel’s” money. The judge after not throwing him in jail based on the evidence I sent to the opposing counsel, had no choice but to give Chuck what he begged for—incarceration, which he never at all wanted. This from a court filing.
Johnson has not been formally charged, as anticipated, for what he did that wound up with his netting the third largest Civil RICO judgement of the past decade behind ‘pals’ Trump and Alex Jones.
Based on the above, I would anticipate that charges will be filed in the early part of the year, while Johnson remains in custody.
Why care?
Johnson claimed he was responsible for screwing Hillary, getting Comey to corruptly announce weeks after the director was aware of the MAGA3x Weiner laptop false flag, to announce an investigation that swung the 2016 election towards Trump. Second, Johnson spared Representative Matt Gaetz of catching charges for child sex trafficking, stealing IDs and other crimes he and Joel Greenberg did by running an effective whisper campaign undermining DOJ trust via a fake and wholly unbelievable lie—that a jury wouldn’t believe a convicted felon testifying against a co-conspirator despite that being the standard procedure. Third, Charles appears to have been photographed with Russian asset Rudy Giuliani the day Rudy took the Russian laptop stolen years before by Russian intelligence from Hunter Biden. He’s a big fish, one that can flip in the frying pan against others on his tier and above.
Normally that would be great, save Biondi and Kash clearly do not want to indict Trump world making Johnson a massive political liability if/when charges are filed. Or perhaps, Johnson would be used to flip on Thiel/Musk to keep those two in line.
