I have sparingly ever mentioned the GalNeon account as it was within the network generally locked and mostly non-participatory. When the account unlocked once a long time back, I looked, found nothing problematic, moved on. I don’t even recall if I made a post or not.
The only search on my articles pulled up a post in May where this person launched an attack on a fellow operative posing as me on YouTube. This is what was said.
Mr. Jarvis did your Mormon faith lead you to seek a submissive Asian wife who actually used you to secure a better life or could you just not find a woman in a country of 300+ million to take you
I’ll answer that one, ignoring the racist and religious bigotry hurled.
First, Asian women are not submissive. They are fierce, independent, and culturally value respect, family, friends, education and really nice shoes.
After dating more than fifty different women in the US and speaking with perhaps one-hundred more over the years without actually meeting, I found only one who I knew I wouldn’t ever dominate, nor out-talk. Despite her having suitors that earned between six to eight figures, she chose me to both have a better life.
Back to the main point.
Many of these people involved in the online harassment brigading aren’t paid to do so like the Susan Portnoy or Andrew McGimpsey types have been. They are pulled into what amounts to a cult of influence, radicalized, then steered at targets. I believe that to be true of this person along with others who are exploited often by the very vulnerabilities this person expressed openly in the thread today. Many of those targeted are on the spectrum. Many. The reason why is we are more prone to trusting others when we shouldn’t.
I long ago figured that out, built a healthy dose of skepticism and learned the techniques and behaviors to tell when someone is being honest or not. I still give most the benefit of the doubt until I fully know what it is driving their behavior.
I know Susan’s behavior very well.
After reading this important message from Susan Portnoy that I would likely have missed otherwise due to work, I feel a great need to say some things about the dangerous influence campaigns used to manipulate others into helping her and others.
First, these are pure psychological operations meant to garner trust, get people exposed, then to exploit, either through the radicalization process or blackmail, in order to cause them to do things that impact their well-being adversely.
Second, they do this most by getting into DMs and building relationships. That part is a hard one as the plan takes advantage of our very nature of being social creatures. I have read many threads similar to this one to see how effective the training and tactics used has been.
Third, I know practically nothing of this person beyond their egregious attack on me highlighted above, yet I am hurting when I see them hurting after I had read this.
Feeling empathy is a normal reaction to seeing someone in pain.
GalNeon is priceless, not worthless.
While Susan Portnoy was again predictably attacking furiously, at least one of the operatives initially said and did the correct social thing to do, Arby’s.
Nobody is worthless. I’m sorry you feel this way, and I don’t even know you. I don’t know what’s going on here, either, but I’m sorry about your situation. You can’t be everybody’s friend. That’s just how it works.
At least for a while.
As predictably Arby’s would steamroll his target shortly.
I would never do something like that to someone because shit got rocky. I know you feel guilty because you can read it in your tweets. That’s fucked up.
Ah, the claws come out. The suicide trolling pivot is quite the tell of a sick twisted deviant as is the use of sock accounts to hide behind just in case they succeed.
What I understood happened to GalNeon was something Susan’s group did on a much larger scale with theThinkinProject wedging and isolating people within the mental health org, traumatizing until they left giving Doug StewAnon Stewart eventually, the Discord servers to weaponize. Those attacks nearly killed a woman too, who is like GalNeon very much priceless. I also understood that the owner of this account was also involved in theThinkProject among the over 500 people who did so.
When I got home from work and found this post by Susan first, I didn’t know what it was in reference to until I found Susan’s Tweet at the top of this article.
It was from the thread, specifically related to this post.
Odd.
I know far more factual things than what I put to print, yet am open to learning added details.
I read the thread from that point.
From the thread they found that they need socialization and enjoy talking to people. GalNeon may snap out of this funk they are describing by engaging in something positive, perhaps service oriented, especially now that there are more at-home jobs available then there were in the past. They should seek better friends, ones that share common interests, perhaps some movie genre or game.
I wish them the best, able to pick up the pieces and move forward.
