Brad Shuttleworth is part of the team admitted by Susan Portnoy, AKA KassandraSeven, as to working with convicted felon adjudicated traitor, leader of QAnon and eight other things, Mike Flynn on his lawsuit against Jim Stewartson.
We’ll start here, at the end of the thread.
Mike Flynn offered to settle with Jim, with none of the details offered being disclosed. This made sense considering Mike had just settled in another lawsuit he was facing, that one as the defendant to challenger Everett Stern. So too does Jim not taking Flynn’s offer.
The lawsuit Flynn filed against Jim has not gone at all well, with Stewartson winning on ten of the fourteen items establishing Mike as all of these things based on the evidence submitted, prima facie.
What Jim has not as yet prevailed on, includes that Flynn, due to his repeated use of Hitler era slogans, propaganda, racism, antisemitism and psychological operations is a Nazi along with that label causing Mike as a public figure to be harmed financially. It’s a fair use for Flynn, one that applies to those that have been working for the left-right extreme horseshoe of Digital Soldiers.
Personally I love Jim’s response here, as Stewartson’s legal team will ultimately prevail on this apt description.
Another point of contention, that Flynn had overseen Jack Posobiec at Guantanamo torturing prisoners, is likely to get adjudicated as factually true given Posobiec’s recent televised confession that too was true, showing Mike Flynn fucking lied to the court about it.
Honestly, lying to the court on that count, SHOULD be enough to get Flynn charged and the case tossed if/when Jim’s team makes that point.
A third issue, that Mike Flynn wants a second Holocaust, is backed up repeatedly whenever the traitorous felon openly stokes up his audience with Civil War, WWIII, and Revolutionary rhetoric, with his desired genocide, the apt substitute of the word here, being a murder of those opposing authoritarian rule—namely the ‘woke’ left that have been verbally dehumanized repeatedly by not only Flynn, but his backers and followers.
Fourth, Flynn tried to kill Mike Pence, something backed up by Flynn’s surrogates pushing the narrative to their rightwing audiences that killing Trump would result in them getting to target those on Ivan Raiklin’s hit list. Flynn’s pal Alex Jones was VERY giddy at the prospect of that happening.
I told Jim about this February 10, 2024, as the burgeoning chorus of Flynn’s MAGA3x media assets were putting all of that out there and I saw it as both dangerous and delusional to think that telling the right wing of that would result in an assassination attempt, yet there were two. Here again is Swedish terrorist Robin Ericcsen (sp?) supporting Flynn’s operation prior to its near-success just as he conspired to cover-up over the Torswats team swatting effort his group appears to be entangled heavily in.
Flynn’s demands in the initial discovery request were onerous, overbearing and nearly all publicly available information, meaning he already had them. Additionally, Flynn’s requests were vague and lacked the specificity I would use.
For example, the requests during the ProcureNet V X lawsuits were specific to accounts that Musk now states he as publisher/X ‘owner,’ owns, with time-ranges, internal communications referencing specific individuals and companies.
While ProcureNet pulled the suit, that was due to Musk not selling Tesla stock needed to pay interest payments—now more than 6 months past due, doing so with the intent to bankrupt X and stiff vendors and litigants. This is also why his ‘joke’ about buying MSNBC is problematic as he would again be doing so with mostly foreign money who are likely in on not being paid back.
If Flynn wanted actual discovery, he’d have asked for specific things that he reasonably believed would help him prove he isn’t a Nazi, didn’t try to kill Mike Pence, didn’t lead Jack Posobiec in Cuba, or that he hasn’t been calling for a Civil War to generate an American genocide of ‘woke’ Americans.
Of course none of those communications exist that would disprove Flynn’s recorded and published statements making all four of those points factually true.
