Defamatory Anon Claims Defamation, Makes LawFare Threats (Updated)

After targeting me today on Twitter, “Karl” who runs an account without his full name, claimed my reporting his comments regarding me were defamation.

Here is the off-the-walls claim:

No, Karl did not give me his address nor name, nor is he identifiable and “defamable,” while I have used my name. It was “Karl” that directed his actual defamatory comments saying I was a conspiracy and a grifter towards me first, giving me reason to check his account.

It is not defamation to state the fact Karl’s account is not authentic having been parked twice and only started service in 2019. It is not defamatory to state that the account is pushing the blue anon conspiracy as he did so in his tweet targeting my article.

I have checked Karl’s account. Here is what I found prior to his comments on my Substack, including his call to others to report my article reporting on his harassment.

Karl, again defames me, calling me twice a grifter despite this series being free to all subscribers.

It is patently absurd argument, from a “DJ and audio engineer” that doesn’t use his full name, nor an identifiable photograph to claim defamation. What lawyer would take up THAT case.

Sir, my client, karl, who uses a lowercase k not upper, is a sad trombone noise enthusiast whose reputation is so badly harmed because an individual karl had singled out and mocked online, identified karl wasn’t authentic.
