Charles Johnson DID show up for his recent mandated hearing in a Civil case, avoiding being jailed.

The court waffled a bit on whether or not to jail Chuck, yet opted not to because Johnson wrote on Substack that that was the desired outcome essentially a pipeline to his as Presidential ambitions.

I wish the court called Johnson’s bluff, despite it being factually true Johnson’s efforts were made intending to destroy evidence impeding but not making discovery impossible.

Discovery would require the court itself to help out Johnson via court order to X, with X then pulling the data sending it to Point Bridge Capital. That wasn’t going to happen. Instead Chuck is adjudicated to having done what he was accused of Civilly-defrauding investors, attempting extortion under the guise of being an intelligence officer.
