Charles Johnson presently is third in the past 5 years for Civil penalties in a trial, standing at 71million after he intentionally shunted his X account offline destroying it while lying saying Musk banned him. As the case was a Civil RICO one, Johnson knows his time as a free man is almost at an end.

The article itself was full of bluster, typical for Charles who has worked with Jeffery Epstein, Steve Bannon, Jeff Giesea, Eric Garland who wouldn’t be among those other names if not for Louise, right Louise?

What was important though, was this, written by Johnson is the third person as if he was ‘lawyering’ similar to what he did in Fort Worth during his one-day ‘show-trial.’

Without being specific, Johnson admitted to being a party to a criminal conspiracy involving hackers, Musk, and illegally retrieving materials.

While it isn’t known specifically what Charles has, unlike most of the ops, he’s above average intelligence knowing what to keep, why to keep it, and how to use that in a pinch. That data, not Chuck’s spoken words or testimony that are utterly worthless, is his leverage.

Given his work for Bannon and Thiel, his partnership with ClearViewAI, I can only fathom his comms are chocked full of incriminating materials as most of the MAGA3x community particularly in and around 2016 thought it was smart to do all of what they did in Brower-style Discord logs expecting everyone in such rooms to destroy comms as Mensch said to Sarah she wanted her to do. Yet, as we know, all it takes is one Sabu, one Fionda, one Charles Cockamamie Johnson that recognized the power and leverage saving and recording those afforded each later.

I expect Johnson has planning and execution logs for a number of hacks. What I want him to have was the comms on the 11/2 hack on Bloom, as that was clearly connected to MAGA3x. I’d also highly suspect he’ll have plenty of evidence to link Andrew Auernheimer to multiple. The question is, who else among the PayPal Mafia’s hired hackers is Johnson going to screw?
