Twitter, or rather X, has failed in its initial attempt to avoid discovery in the ProcureNet vs. Twitter lawsuit.
I haven’t spoken much about this for awhile, yet it is highly significant considering what will be obtained during Discovery. The gist of the suit is simple. Yonder operatives acting as third parties to Twitter, illegally cut off access to contractual guaranteed advertising, effectively stealing somewhere between 220-240K in unspent funds for anti-bullying from Chahal’s nonprofit foundation.
A year ago Remi Barrette, the criminal false flag manufacturer and hacker known as Ryushi, Conspirator0, TeaLeaves, Trollfinder_Gen, ZellaQuixote and probably other aliases, got deeply offended when Chahal saw through him as a fraud. Remi decided to blow up Chahal’s businesses, which had spent over ten million on Twitter, getting verified accounts set up. Everyone it seems from Yonder and Doug StewAnon Stewarts team, including Louise Mensch, Susan Portnoy, Matt Donovan, were all in on the initial wave of attacks.
The second, third and fourth attacks Yonder outsourced to Joohn Choe, a private contractor allegedly used to run portions of the Project Birmingham operation, using NAFO as a cover for sexually harassing Chahal’s wife posting rape messaging in order to provoke an outburst. Best still is Choe bragged about what they did, showing as bad of judgement as Brad Shuttleworth did when he told our side who controlled a Twitter console.
In all, the damages done by Remi Barrette’s ego in this particular criminal endeavor was over 12 million, far more than his ‘bill’ run up with John Durham over his and Mensch’s Alfa Bank Trump Tower hoax,
Here is the brief rejection of the defendants claims.
Discovery is something that I would think Musk and especially Yonder, would want to avoid at all costs. Settlement terms were initially rejected, a standard procedure of these things when the defendant believes the other side has a legitimate chance of winning in court.
