This March 2014 account recently went active, one of many that the networks have acquired to conduct malign influence campaigns.

This account, with just over 200 likes has been used sparingly, with a March 29, 2021 begin of use date.

Because of infrequent use and earliest impressions, it ISN’T Matt Donovan who primarily operates this account. Yeah, that is surprising given how many of these he generally controls. The account is probably on his Tweetdeck and useable should he bother given how his role of amplifier, though this one clearly is used primarily by someone else. Why feature it?

One of the early conversations the account was tagged in has Matt’s amagicwindow account, with all tweets by his main or this new one of course deleted. This thread.

This thread, on Susan Portnoy’s Cassandra Fairbanks conspiracy is important, simply because Susan amplified her K7 is Fairbanks conspiracy to deflect attention for her malfeasance onto the other asset, as evidenced by Badd Company’s screenshot of Portnoy sharing Cassandra.

With limited interactions, the Chirpty doesn’t show too much. Brad Shuttleworth, trained PsyOp and Mensch friend, also showed up in the Cassandra-Kassandra dust up thread.

Brad as always, not helpful nor honest, always downplaying things. For some time this account had been forgotten about, sitting online, used sparingly, followed by Octopus_teach, Brandee Markmann and six other accounts I really haven’t looked at too deeply. While just another account, the above conversation it liked is important to the larger story.

Susan Portnoy went to great lengths lying about her identity because she knew her actions were not ethical. Some of them are clearly illegal too, trampling on conspiracy, election interference, obstruction. Portnoy clearly doesn’t produce income from her defunct travel blogging career to pay the rent. She has no dogs, no husband, no daughter.

Yet have the Ops defended Susan Portnoy?

No. They only defend the abusive KassandraSeven account, and do so incredibly poorly. The identification was sound, thorough, repeated and came back to the same conclusion Susan Portnoy runs the Republican supporting KassandraSeven account.
